Terms of use

Align Cloud is a personal agent and AI coaches: you chat with bots you make or add from Apps, and with people you add, in chats of two and in groups. By signing in you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy.

Who may use it

You must be 13 or older. Your account is yours alone: keep your sign-in to yourself, and you're responsible for what's sent from it.

No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users

Don't post or send anything that harasses, bullies, threatens or demeans anyone; that's hateful, sexually explicit or violent; that involves a minor in any sexual way; that promotes self-harm or illegal acts; that's spam or a scam; or that shares someone's private details without their consent. Don't impersonate anyone. There is no tolerance for any of it. An automated filter reads the words you send to other people, and the names and About text they see (your name and About, a group's name, a bot's name), before they're delivered or saved, and holds back what it finds may break these terms. It reads words, not photos, and it can miss things: when it can't answer within a moment, the words go through unchecked. Report anything it misses. Content that breaks them is removed, and an account that breaks them is suspended or closed, without notice.

Reporting and blocking

Press and hold a message, a person's or a bot's answer, or open a person's profile, to report it or them. Every report reaches us at once and is reviewed within 24 hours, and we act on it: removing the content and suspending the account behind it. You can also block anyone from their profile or your friends list. Once you do, they can't message you, call you or add you to a group, and in a group you're both in you no longer see their messages.

What the AI says

Bots' answers are made by AI models and can be wrong. Check what matters, and don't rely on them for medical, legal or financial decisions.

Your content

What you write and upload stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the people and bots you share it with, so the service works. You can delete your account at any time from Profile, which deletes what the Privacy policy lists.

Inviting friends

The $10 bonus is usage worth $10 at your plan's price. You get it once, when a friend who signed up through your link first pays for Align. Your friend gets $10 on their first paid month. A bonus never expires and is spent only after your plan's own allowance is used up. Up to 20 referrals earn a bonus in a calendar month, and the rest are held for review. A refund of your friend's payment takes back what of the bonuses is still unused. One account per person.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above says when they last changed, and using Align Cloud after a change means you accept it.
